Mr. Fox received his bachelor's degree from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, a master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and law degree from North Carolina Central University. Mr. Fox is a partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, law firm in Charlotte.
He also serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of United Way of the Central Carolinas; as director of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Partners in Out-of-School Time, the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, and Charlotte Center City Partners; and is an active member of the Charlotte Rotary.
Fox is a former board member for the North Carolina Association of Municipal Attorneys and is active in the North Carolina State Bar where he served as a member on its Board of Continuing Legal Education. He currently is serving a four-year term on the North Carolina Banking Commission.
