Description
New location roadway from NC 55 at SR1172 (Old Smithfield Road) to NC 55 near SR1630 (Alston Avenue) in Wake County.

Proposed toll facility locations - Interchanges at US 1, Old US 1, US 64 and Green Level Road. A mainline toll plaza is proposed north of the US 64 interchange between Old Jenks Road and Roberts Road.

Approximately 12.6 miles

Estimated Cost
Preliminary cost is estimated between $560 million and $1.05 billion (January 2008 dollars). Final costs will be determined during design.
